Sustainability can feel like a big, overwhelming concept, but for me, it should start with small, simple steps. I am not one of those people who can just wake up one day and completely transform my lifestyle. I decided to start naturally, making small changes that felt right, allowing them to become habits over time.
The more I learned, the more I wanted to do better. Documentaries, books opened my eyes to the impact of our choices. As my awareness grew, so did my wish to live more sustainably in a way that felt achievable. I knew I didn’t want to force myself into drastic changes that wouldn’t stick. Instead, I focused on small, everyday actions that made sense for me.
So, where did I begin? I started by:
✔ Reducing plastic—opting for reusable bags, bottles, and containers.
✔ Being mindful of shopping habits—buying only what I truly need, avoiding impulse purchases.
✔ Choosing sustainable fashion—paying attention to labels, supporting eco-friendly brands.
✔ Eating more consciously—cutting down on meat consumption without feeling pressured.
✔ Learning & connecting—engaging with communities that share the same values.
This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. I’m here to share what I’m learning, the mistakes I make along the way, and the little wins that keep me motivated. Natureally Done is a space to explore, grow, and inspire each other to make sustainability feel natural, not forced.
If you’re just starting out too, my advice? Start small. Pick one habit, make it a part of your routine, and let it grow from there. Every little step counts! 🌱
What’s one small change you’ve made or want to make toward a more sustainable life?
